Your room and the wellness area are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure. On request and subject to availability, we can offer you the room as a day room until 18:00 on the day of departure at a price of € 70 per person. The price includes use of the swimming pool and sauna area, swimming pool and sauna towels, bathrobes and the room until 18:00.
Travel to the Black Forest by train in an environmentally friendly and cost-effective way. Let us know your arrival time and a cab will be waiting for you at the station. For stays of 7 nights or more, we will give you a voucher for a cab ride from Hinterzarten train station to the hotel and, of course, from the hotel to the train station on the day of departure. During your stay with us, you can use all buses, trains and streetcars throughout the Black Forest free of charge with your Konus guest card. As a small and individual vacation & wellness hotel, we offer our guests peace and relaxation in the sophisticated ambience of our hotel at any time of year, especially in the restaurant and wellness area. We therefore deliberately refrain from fulfilling the wishes and needs of families with children under the age of 16.
Free parking is available in front of the house. On request, we will be happy to reserve a parking space in our garage for only EUR 7.00 per night. We charge EUR 17.00 per night (on the day of charging) for a garage space with electrical connection (SCHUKO) for e-cars.
With our voucher system, you can pay for the desired voucher online, then print it out immediately and give it as a gift.
If you have a voucher, please hand it in at reception on arrival. Thank you very much.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your four-legged friend.
The tourist tax is charged separately. € 3.50 per day and person (as of 8/25).
All prices are inclusive prices per guest and night. Your vacation pampering day includes a wonderfully peaceful night’s sleep in very comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms, apartments and suites, a small pool breakfast in the morning in the pool area, a rich gourmet breakfast from the buffet in the cozy restaurant parlors and one of the three daily changing seasonal 6-course evening menus as part of the Bergfried pampering half-board. As part of our theme evenings: Appetizer buffets, dessert buffets and gala menus. House program with hikes, healthy & active program, music and cabaret evenings, wine tastings with top winemakers from Baden.
If you do not take an evening meal, we will reimburse you EUR 14.00 per person. However, we ask for your understanding that we cannot reimburse evening meals not consumed for arrangements and our Gutsele prices.
Free use of the swimming pool and sauna area as well as the large medical fitness studio in the Ferien-Residenz Bergfried (directly opposite the hotel).

Erfurths Bergfried is a non-smoking hotel – for the sake of your health and in accordance with legal requirements, we have declared our hotel a smoke-free place to relax.
Services not used cannot be reimbursed.
We reserve the right to adjust prices in the event of unforeseeable price increases.
The menus as part of the pampering half-board are served in the evening in our restaurant parlors. We ask our guests to take a seat at the table reserved for them from 18:30 to 20:00. Good conversation and conscious enjoyment are the focus for our guests during the meal, which is why all restaurants are “cell phone-free” zones.
We are happy to take your food intolerances into account. However, we kindly ask you to inform us of this when you make your reservation. We do not offer vegan menus.
In our Entenstube and in summer also on the terrace, we offer small, delicious dishes on our lunch menu from 12:00 to 17:00.

Casual-casual is “en vogue” – but not always entirely appropriate on vacation. We ask you to dress appropriately for dinner in our restaurants – out of respect for the other guests and certainly for your own comfort.
Adilettes, flip-flops, shorts …… are taboo for evening dinners in our restaurants.

We are happy to accommodate your appointment requests. However, we also ask you to keep to your booked reservation times. Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days (45 days on Christmas and New Year’s Eve) before the arrival date. In the event of late cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we will endeavor to rent your room to someone else. In the event that we are unable to do so, we will charge 70% of the arrangement price. We therefore recommend that you take out vacation insurance to protect yourself against the financial consequences.
