Active and weekly program

Monday 10:15 a.m. Back training
Spinal gymnastics is an optimal workout for the back. Lack of exercise and one-sided strain cause the back muscles to slacken, leading to tension and pain. Targeted tension, relaxation, stretching and strength exercises strengthen the muscles and improve elasticity. Tensions are released and posture is improved.
Tuesday 08:15 a.m. Water aerobics in the indoor pool
The strength and conditioning exercises are gentle on the joints, tendons and back due to the buoyancy of the water and strengthen the muscles and cardiovascular system.
Wednesday 10:00 am Hiking bus to Rinken
Free shuttle service to the Rinken hiking area
Thursday 11:00 a.m. Pilates with Franzi
Pilates promotes mobility and strength endurance, allowing us to build up our deep muscles and prevent pain and tension. Pilates always focuses on the controlled and concentrated execution of movements. In all exercises, quality is more important than quantity!
